Design Team meets tonight at Treasured Memories, so that means that I've got a new layout to post - it's our latest challenge, and I really enjoyed it. We chose all our own products and had to meet several criteria thereafter. So if you check it out, let me know what you think! I've also posted a layout I put together a couple of weeks ago about my little guy, Jack. I love the simplicity of the design, but want to include journaling. I have tried adding a journaling block over the patterned paper but it didn't look right. Any ideas??

Well, I decided about a week ago that I wanted to go to a CKC (Creating Keepsakes Convention) event, so in about two weeks, I am going to Phoenix, AZ for three days of classes, crops and shopping. I am really excited! There will be over 100 vendors!! And because I am signed up for 3+ classes, I get a special pass that will let me onto the vendor fair floor an hour earlier than everyone else. OH! How could I forget?? The main reason I wanted to attend this particular CKC - CATHY ZIELSKE of Simple Scrapbooks, my very favorite designer in all of scrapbook land, is teaching a class! More of a question-answer session, from what I read. I scheduled it twice, she'll probably think I'm a stalker. But I can't wait. I'll let ya know how it goes!
